Police Chief’s Daughter Arrested

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The daughter of Scottsdale Police Chief Alan Rodbell who was arrested in March has been arrested again for disorderly conduct, officers said on Tuesday.

Cody Rodbell, 21, was taken into custody earlier this month, police said.

According to officers, she was booked into jail after a dispute between roommates.

The charge is a misdemeanor.
Rodbell was arrested the first time on March 28 for suspicion of driving under the influence after she was pulled over for speeding on Scottsdale Road near Oak Street.

A portable breath test measured her blood alcohol level at .081, just above Arizona’s legal limit of .08.

A blood test at the hospital showed a lower level, .072.

That case has been transferred to a Chandler court to avoid any conflict of interest.
